TransnPack website is a portal to translate your documents through human native translators, and is to be used exclusively for this purpose
It is prohibited for minors (under 18 years of age) to use the website or under the legal age of their country. Any account that will be related to a minor will be cancelled with no liability to TransnPack and by agreeing to the Terms of Service of TransnPack you confirm that your age is within the legal age to use the website services.
Age restriction or any form of restriction that would disable a user from using the website services will be considered as a restriction on the use of the website.
Payments if was unsuccessful would cause a future restriction to the website services if there was no valid reason for the non-payment or if the payment issue was not resolved according to TransnPack payment policy.
Failure on your assigned delivery obligations if it was not justified according to TransnPack supplier Policy would impose a restriction on your account and by agreeing to this Terms of Service you accept that Transnpack at its sole discretion has the all the rights on user accounts and their compliance with TransnPack policies.
Your account can be restricted if there was any manipulation to your account, examples for manipulation can be (not limited to) manipulating the number of words, field of text submitted, payment amounts or services that is being offered through TransnPack website to its Users. Such violations may cause your account to be restricted for access and you will lose all your credit balance that is associated with this account.
Any manipulation to translators’ ratings or any ratings or feedbacks can cause a restriction to your account that may cause any interruption to the service and any manipulations that TransnPack team may find could result with no prior notification and at the company’s sole discretion to stop your account and restrict you from access losing any credit money that may be associated with the account. And by consenting to the Terms of Service you agree not to conduct any action that may result or help with such manipulations to the services provided by TransnPack team.
by consenting to the Terms of Service you agree not to post any spam content to any of TransnPack Users or Suppliers or help make such conduct available to others.
by consenting to the Terms of Service you agree to not use any electronic or non-electronic means for accessing the services of TransnPack for the purpose of collecting data or conducting any action to the website data for the purpose of manipulation to TransnPack Users or Suppliers who are using the services of the website. Also you agree not to conduct any actions that may enforce a load to the service that may interrupt the website from making its service available to its Users and Suppliers, or halt TransnPack system in order to make it stop from working.
You agree that by using the website services that you are not to conduct any actions like publishing data on behalf of TransnPack company, website or any affiliated company or subsidiaries to other potential users without a prior written consent from TransnPack company. Using TransnPack name with no prior consent may result in legal proceedings.
Using the website services of TransnPack must be in a way that is not violating to any laws or regulations whether in the United States or your country of origin.
You agree not to conduct any action that may be considered as a spamming to TransnPack website Users or Suppliers.
By agreeing to the Terms of Service of TransnPack website you are not apply any conduct that may be violating copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other protected information without having a prior written consent of its owner to act on publishing or making available to others for the aforementioned protected materials. Any protected materials that will be submitted by you through our portal you indemnify TransnPack against any court proceedings for copyright issues that may arise because of providing the requested services if you are not the owner of the submitted materials through TransnPack website.
TransnPack applies its own confidentiality maintaining to its Users provided documents but due to the fact that TransnPack Suppliers are not a direct Supplier / Translators, it is the User responsibility for not sharing confidential information through TransnPack portal since it is shared with third-party Suppliers and by agreeing to the Terms of Service of this agreement you indemnify TransnPack from any legal proceedings that may result from any sharing for legal documents that TransnPack may have no control over.
TransnPack is a translation service provider only that its main practice to provide human native translation to its Users for non-confidential documents only.
By conducting actions of posting information or content of materials to any public area of the website Services or any equivalent medium, you automatically grant TransnPack Suppliers a complete license to use, edit, copy, perform certain actions, make display or send information to any of its Suppliers in order to prepare works or incorporate into different works as needed in order to perform the needed services by TransnPack.
Using the TransnPack services is strictly at your own risk and it is your sole responsibility for any contact that is being made with any User/ Supplier / Translator / Supplier of the website whether in writing or via verbal communications, TransnPack Owner and its offices, directors, Supplier / Translators, agents, affiliates and third-parties has no responsibility of any kind that may be based on your form of contact whatsoever the means of it with any other User / Supplier / Translator / Supplier of the website that includes and not limited to any kind of abuse or assault that may occur, and by agreeing to the Terms of Service of TransnPack website you are to indemnify TransPack Owner and its offices, directors, Supplier / Translators, agents, affiliates and third-parties of any legal proceedings resulting from any misconduct from your side that was to initate a harmful action towards any of TransnPack Supplier / Translators, Users, or Suppliers.
You are solely responsible for the content or information You publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on the TransnPack website, or transmit to other Users or Suppliers of the website. You will not post on the TransnPack website, or transmit to other Users or Suppliers or to Us or Our Supplier / Translators, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party’s rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You will not include in Your profile any offensive language, including but not limited to offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and You will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. We reserve the right to restrict your profile, with no prior notification to any uncomplying profile or photo that does not comply with the prohibitions set forth in this section. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at Our sole discretion and with no prior notification.
By accepting the Use of TransnPack website you are to agree not to use the website services for any other purpose than Translating or Proofreading your documents.
TransnPack has the full legal right to take any action toward any illegal use to its website services or associated applications that may be done and by agreeing to the Terms of Service you are not to perform any such illegal actions which may include but not limited to collecting username, access info, emails, or Users files or data that is being sent to TransnPack website.
TransnPack has the full right to restrict Users/ Suppliers from performing certain actions whenever needed at its sole discretion and without prior notification to maintain the website services as needed.
TransnPack has the full right to change its charges as seen to be appropriate at any time and without prior notification, Users / Suppliers of the website are always encouraged to review the website Terms of Service as it is being updated periodically but you can not rely on sent notification since it may fail for any reason to reach your mailbox and TransnPack has no responsibility if you are not checking our Terms of Service for any updates or changes that are being applied to the website or applications associated with TransnPack services. And by accepting the Terms of Service of TransnPack your acceptance to the updates for Terms of Service is deemed as accepted unless you are requesting to cancel your account.

TransnPack is not responsible about any unauthorized hacking activity that may be a result from your posting to any personal information you choose to display on TransnPack website or applications that is being published or distributed to Users or Suppliers, any offensive or obscene materials that you may be exposed due to any unauthorized access to your information you are to indemnify TransnPack Owner, its officers, directors, Supplier / Translators, agents, affiliates and third parties, for any damages or losses, costs, liabilities and expenses that may arise from such actions.
TransnPack company, its Owner, its officers, directors, Supplier / Translators, agents, affiliates and third parties are not responsible for any posts that may communicated or posted to other Users or Suppliers via Social Media or through TransnPack website that is being published and Users or Suppliers of the website agree by accepting the Terms of Service to indemnify TransnPack and its Owner, its officers, directors, Supplier / Translators, agents, affiliates and third parties from any misuse of its services and refrain from any conduct that may harm TransnPack aforementioned in its entirety.
TransnPack has the full right and at its own discretion to remove any material that conflict or violate with TransnPack Terms of Service or the law of the United States with no prior notice to its owner.
Any communications that you would consider as of offensive nature, TransnPack have no control over such communications and it is your sole responsibility for using TransnPack services with no liability to the company regarding such communications.
TransnPack is not to be liable for any damages of any type (including but not limited to, deaths, threats, offenses, or any type of injuries that may be committed by Users or Suppliers, damages over data loss or programs misfunction or loss, any cost of service interruptions or substitutes services costs) whether it is direct or indirect or whether arising from using the services of TransnPack website or applications or not using them, whether it was known to TransnPack Owner and staff Supplier / Translators, you agree that no liability of any nature to be imposed or demanded to be made by TransnPack regarding such incidents or costs and it is the User responsibility at all times and any payments would be requested must not exceed the amounts being already paid by the User.
Under no circumstances will TransnPack Owner, or its affiliates be responsible for any damage or loss resulting from your use of TransnPack website or Applications, being based on your reliance on information or other content posted on TransnPack website, or either being transmitted to other Users or Suppliers.
Monitoring or Copying content from TransnPack website in its entirety or pages of it is entirely prohibited and it is the full right of TransnPack to protect its right against any misuse of its website or developed applications.
Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of avoiding fees or suspension based on restrictions made on other accounts for the same User or Supplier will be considered as prohibited and will result in restriction of any new created accounts and the loss of any credit that may be linked to these accounts.
TransnPack liability limitations:
Using of TransnPack services is being done at your own responsibility and risk with no liability to TransnPack in this regard whether you were approached with any marketing materials that is explaining the website services and it is as a User or Supplier your own responsibility while using TransnPack services,
Services that are being provided by TransnPack can be interrupted and there is no warranty that such interruption may not be happening and no liability would be imposed or demanded from TransnPack its Owner, its officers, directors, Supplier / Translators, agents, affiliates and third parties regarding such interruptions or claims for data loss or damages that would be demanded based on any interruptions of the website services or the functions of its applications.
Any written communications between Users and any of TransnPack Supplier / Translators is not to contradict with the Terms of Service mentioned here and in the case of any dispute the Terms of Service is to prevail as a standard.
Your account balance is always updated according to the TransnPack Terms of Service, and by accepting those terms the requested services that is being delivered to you is considered as non-redeemable regardless of the quality delivered.
Refunds are applicable at TransnPack sole discretion when applicable for non-used credit when requested when it is not expired, it is also applicable to request a refund in the case of delivery failure from TransnPack side. Refunds can not exceed any amount that is being paid by the User.
All rights for the User that is mentioned in the Terms of Service is not subject of transfer to anyone but it is only can be used and exercised by the User in this regard and no consents represented by others will be accepted to be used on behalf of the User.
TransnPack Terms of Service if had an invalid term or being incapable of enforcing, those terms shall be excluded to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability, while all the other terms remains in full force with full effect. Any invalid or enforceable term is to be replaced by a valid one that gives the correct meaning that was intended in the first place. Impacted User or Supplier because of the invalid terms are entitled for a compensation in the case of proven impact due to such invalidity or enforceability and not due to any misconduct from the User or Supplier seeking to be compensated.
All Terms of Service for TransnPack will be considered in full effect even in the case of termination of the agreement between TransnPack and the User or Supplier and all its terms remains valid in full force and indefinitely.
The agreement between User / Supplier and TransnPack is governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, The United States of America
Any disputes or legal proceedings in relations to this agreement shall either being handled via arbitration under the jurisdiction of the State of Nevada, The United States of America or its courts.
The main Language of this agreement is the English and if User / Supplier / Translator are using any different translation of the Terms of Service, the prevailing version remains the English version at all times in case of any discrepancies.
CANCELLATION PROCESS FOR SUBMITTED REQUESTS
Users are able whenever needed to submit a cancellation request for a service provided by TransnPack. Cancellations takes a process time of 1 to 2 business days and User is to be billed only for the number of words that were completed till the time we received their cancellation request for the service.
Once cancellation process is complete the User package is updated with the new word balance for the current package that was being used for submitting the service request.
Privacy Policy
1. Types of Information We Collect
(a) Information You Provide Us
As a User / Supplier / Translator of TransnPack Website or Applications, we and our third-party service providers may require or ask you to provide us with certain information, such as: (1) personally identifiable information, which is information that identifies you personally, such as your first and last name, email address, phone numbers, credit card number and home addresses (“Personal Information”); and (2) demographic information. We may collect this information through various forms and in various places on the Websites, including when you set up your Website account and profile, through “contact us” forms, or when you otherwise interact with the Websites. We may share Non-Personal Information, such as aggregated user statistics, with third parties. We may share your Device Identifiers with third parties along with data related to you and your activities. Further, we may share your Personal Information with third parties with whom we have marketing, advertising or other relationships for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident, you have the right to request additional information about this sharing. In addition, we may share the information we have collected about you, including Personal Information, as disclosed at the time you provide your information and as described below or otherwise in this Privacy Policy. TransnPack company may disclose your information as follows:

Further, should TransnPack file for protection, or have a third-party petition filed against it under the bankruptcy code, any assets of the company, including member personal and non-personal information may be sold or transferred, in whole or in part to a new entity.

We may access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose your information (including Device Identifiers and Personal Information) to third parties to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, subpoenas, governmental requests or legal process if in our good faith opinion such is required or permitted by law. Thus, TransnPack company cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement and other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with any investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability. Further, we may use IP address or other Device Identifiers to identify users, and may do so in cooperation with third parties such as copyright owners, internet service providers, wireless service providers and/or law enforcement agencies, including disclosing such information to third parties, all in our discretion, subject to applicable law. Such disclosures may be carried out without notice to you and by accepting the Terms of Service you accept the previous statement.
(e) To Protect the Rights of TransnPack and Others. We may access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose your information (including Device Identifiers and Personal Information) to third parties: (i) to protect and/or defend TransnPack Website’ Terms of Service or other policies applicable to the Websites, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (ii) to protect the safety, rights, property or security of our Services offered, websites, applications or any third party; and/or (iii) to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
4. Ads and Information About You
We use third parties to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and use third-party analytics and other service providers to evaluate and provide us and/or third parties with information about the use of the Websites and viewing and serving of ads and of our content. Network advertisers are third parties that display advertisements, which may be based on your visits to the Websites. Third-party ad serving enables us to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interested. The Websites’ third party ad network and exchange providers, the advertisers, the sponsors and/or traffic measurement services themselves set and access their own cookies (including Flash cookies), web beacons, and other Tracking Technologies on your Device and track certain Usage Information regarding users of your Device via a Device Identifier. This collection and ad targeting takes place both on our and on third-party websites that participate in the ad network, such as websites that feature advertisements delivered by the ad network. This process also helps us track the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Privacy Policy, if you visit any of the Websites, a third-party advertiser (or its partners) may place Tracking Technologies on your Device. To trigger these Tracking Technologies, we may pass an encrypted or “hashed” (non-human readable) identifier corresponding to your email address to a Web advertising partner, who may place a Tracking Technology on your computer. Third-party tracking technologies are not controlled by us, even if they use our technology to help store or collect data. Statements regarding our practices do not apply to the methods for collecting information used by these third-party advertisers and others or the use of the information that such third parties collect. By visiting or using TransnPack Website, you may have access to certain third-party functionalities and applications that may use Tracking Technologies to enhance your experience, and provide services and content to you. One of these technologies is a Flash cookie that is embedded in the Adobe Flash Player, which is a web tool that allows rapid development of dynamic content. 5. Your Use of Other Members Information
As a member you have access to members’ identification numbers and/or user names, and you might gain access to other contact information of other members through the regular use of the services. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that, with respect to other members’ Personal Information that you obtain through the Websites, TransnPack hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for: (a) TransnPack related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, and (b) any other purpose to which such member expressly agrees after complete disclosure of the purpose. In all cases, you must give User / Supplier / Translator an opportunity to remove themselves from your database. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Privacy Policy, may you disclose Personal Information about another member to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other User / Supplier / Translator after adequate disclosure. TransnPack and our User / Supplier / Translator network do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add a TransnPack User / Supplier / Translator to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent after adequate disclosure. 6. Your Profile
A user’s profile page may be, by default, set up to display information such as the user’s display name, images, location (city/state/country), and optional information added by the user. Profile information is used by us primarily to be presented back to and edited by you when you access TransnPack Website or Applications and to be presented to others permitted to view that information on our websites. In some cases (e.g., posting to your page), other Users of TransnPack Website or Applications may be able to supplement your profile. We may offer users the ability to manage their public profile and use profile preference settings, the functionality and features of which are subject to change from time-to-time so visit it frequently to confirm the settings reflect yours then current preferences and we recommend that you do not post information or content as part of your profile that you are not prepared to make public. Changing setting options may not result in immediate changes to the settings, which are subject to our operations and maintenance schedules. User / Supplier / Translator members of TransnPack should carefully consider the use of such settings to improve information display options and to ensure the settings are properly set and functioning in the manner desired. Notwithstanding the availability of profile preference settings, you should be aware that these settings are for convenience only, do not employ complex data security protection and may not be error free. Further, other users that have access may repost or otherwise make public your information or content.
7. Control of Your Password
You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password while using TransnPack services, including fees. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your TransnPack password or login information to any third party. If you choose to share this information with any third party, you are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password, and therefore should review each third party’s privacy policy. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your Personal Information and credits that may be associated with your account and TransnPack has no responsibility for any fraudulent activities or theft actions that may be practiced over your account, TransnPack not to be legally claimed for any losses or damages that may arise from losing your credentials. Therefore, if your password has been compromised in any way, you should immediately change your password.
8. Information Collected Directly by Third Parties
Except as otherwise expressly described in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties, whether they are on our Websites or on other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. To the extent that we use third party advertisers, they adhere to their own privacy policies. 10. Changing or Deleting Information
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided as part of registration. If you would like to review, correct, update or delete Personal Information, you may do so by logging into your account and correcting, updating, or in some cases deleting such information. Please note that if required information (marked with an asterisk) is deleted, the service on TransnPack Website or Applications may not function and may no longer be used in whole or in part. You may select to permanently close or deactivate your account temporarily. If an account holder is unable to correct, update, or delete their information as described above or wishes to terminate his/her use of the Websites, they should contact TransnPack with their specific request by navigating to the Contact Us section of the Website and sending Us a message. Please note that, as more fully explained above, we need to retain certain transaction information for business record keeping and reporting purposes, and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, there may also be residual information that remains within our databases and other records, which may not be removed for legal purposes, part of this practice may also require verifying your information in order to carry out your request and failing to provide any of the requested information may restrict us from applying your request.
We are not responsible for removing information from the databases of third parties with whom we have already shared information. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services or to maintain reasonable business records or for any legal purpose during your active use of TransnPack website or Applications or after the agreement being terminated, but undertake no duty to do so.
